Wee~ Today is the leap year day.
A woman to propose to a guy? LOL! Nah, is there such thing? Heard that from the radio stations. DJs from different stations actually mentioned that. However, the main purpose is to promote the movie of the day... "The Leap Years". Hahaha.=/
